DA' HELL HAPPENED #76: WWE Monday Night RAW - January 8th, 2018
Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of "Da' Hell Happened" featuring a late review of Monday's RAW, 2 weeks before the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the longest-reigning weekly episodic television show in history (Teddy Long, god bless you). So let's go!
MATCH OF THE NIGHT: Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson & Finn Bálor vs. Roman Reigns, Jason Jordan & Seth Rollins
My god, Jason Jordan can't be more cringy than that. The problem is WWE is enjoying giving the fans this Jason Jordan, and if you remember correctly, Kurt Angle was cringy like that in his early WWE days, so it's a joy to watch for Vincent Kennedy McMahon because he things were still in the 90s.
Yet a great match, and against all expectations, Bálor Club is for real, with a look at the past of Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows and Finn Bálor in their Japan days. They're all having fun, and the fans love it (even though, like I said last week, the timing of this reunion was horrible). I hope WWE realizes they have a group that can be champions right there and still be a coexive unit.
MVP OF THE NIGHT: The Miz
It's safe to say The Miz is back and is gunning after the Intercontinental Championship. After an absence of 6 weeks that felt like an eternity, Rolling Stone's Superstar of the Year returned to reclaim what was his. He is awesome and I think everyone missed him. At least, I did.
DA' HELL HAPPENED MOMENT OF THE SHOW: Titus Worldwide shocks the world!
Well, it's safe to say we're going to have Titus Worldwide in the title picture in a short period of time. After defeating Sheamus and Cesaro, who were granted a RAW Tag Team Championship opportunity at Royal Rumble, Apollo Crews and Titus O'Neil shocked the world and put themselves ahead in the conversation for the gold.
