DA' HELL HAPPENED #41: WWE SmackDown Live - April 4, 2017

Hey everyone and welcome to another edition of "Da' Hell Happened" featuring the review of a very special SmackDown Live after WrestleMania. Two debuts, a championship match and a Street Fight highlighted the blue brand's show, so let's roll!

NOTE: From now on, RAW and SmackDown Live will be reviewed on Da' Hell Happened in two different editions: on Tuesday with RAW and on Wednesday with SmackDown Live.

RESULTS:
Erick Rowan returned and reunited with Bray Wyatt
Naomi (c) def. Alexa Bliss to retain the SmackDown Women's Championship
Tye Dillinger def. Curt Hawkins
Shinsuke Nakamura debuted on SmackDown Live
Baron Corbin def. Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose in a Street Fight
Shane McMahon and AJ Styles shake hands
WWE Champion Randy Orton & Luke Harper def. Bray Wyatt & Erick Rowan

MATCH OF THE NIGHT: Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose vs. Baron Corbin in a Street Fight

Oh my, I missed a hardcore match on a weekly show so much. These two killed each other, putting one another through tables, playing with chairs and a leather strap (a freakin' leather strap). I was a bit disappointed this match wasn't for the Intercontinental Championship, but who cares when the stipulation was a Street Fight and involved a lunatic like Dean Ambrose.

Dean Ambrose and Baron Corbin fought in a Street Fight.

MVP OF THE NIGHT (HONORABLE MENTIONS):

Baron Corbin - The "Lone Wolf" showed the world why he should've won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania, and also showed Dean Ambrose why the Street Fight is his world.

Tye Dillinger - It's been a long time coming. The "Perfect 10" made his main roster debut on SmackDown Live last night, and it was amazing to watch. A man that was constantly losing matches on NXT, yet he was still one of the most popular superstars on the roster down there. Let's see what the "Land Of Opportunity" can do to him on the main roster, if he doesn't get shaken up and is drafted to RAW next week.

Tye Dillinger defeated Curt Hawkins in his main roster/SmackDown Live debut.

MVP OF THE NIGHT: Shinsuke Nakamura

You ask me why the MVP isn't Randy Orton or Bray Wyatt or even AJ Styles. Well, this man made the biggest impact on the Tuesday show by simply making his entrance. That's how good he is. Shane McMahon and Renee Young called him a "rock star" on Talking Smack, and that's what he is. Shinsuke Nakamura, welcome to the main roster. We've been waiting for you for a long time.

"The King Of Strong Style" interrupted The Miz and Maryse and made his mark on SmackDown Live.

DA' HELL HAPPENED MOMENT OF THE SHOW: The ending of the main event

I know everything should be weird and all that, but the ending of the main event tag match between Orton and Harper, and Wyatt and Rowan was just too weird and could've been booked a lot better. Even Harper re-joining the Wyatt Family would've been better than that.

Erick Rowan returned and reunited with Bray Wyatt.

And this is a wrap to this week's multiple editions of Da' Hell Happened. It was a fun week, to say the least. Now, it's time to shake things up because next week there will be new rosters for both RAW and SmackDown Live, and I'm here to break it all down on "Da' Hell Happened". Also, don't forget that the red brand and the blue brand' shows are reviewed separately on different Da' Hell Happened editions, so be here on Tuesday for the first one. Until next time, enjoy wrestling!
